1. Agreement

By purchasing or accessing any product or service from MENTAL EDGE GOLF INC. (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts & Access

  • You must provide accurate information at checkout and when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

  • Sharing, reselling, or transferring access to your course account is prohibited.

3. Digital Products & License

  • When you purchase a course, audio program, assessment, or resource, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access it.

  • You may not copy, record, redistribute, or publicly share our content without written permission.

4. Payments, Taxes & Currency

  • Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

  • Applicable Canada/United States taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be added at checkout where required.

  • Payments are processed securely by third parties (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store card details.

5. Refund / Guarantee Policy

  • Our Refund Policy is posted at /refund and forms part of these Terms.

  • In summary: First-time buyers of MEG Academy or MEG Elite may request a 100% refund within 14 days of purchase if they meet the criteria outlined in the Refund Policy.

  • Refunds are not available after 14 days or on repeat purchases, add-ons, or discounted upsells.

6. Health Disclaimer

  • Our training addresses mental performance and mindset.

  • It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

  • Always consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your health, fitness, or lifestyle routines.

7. Results Disclaimer

  • Testimonials and examples are for illustration only.

  • Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and other factors outside our control.

  • We make no guarantees of specific performance improvements or score reductions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Break any law or regulation

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Copy, scrape, or hack our content

  • Disrupt or harm the platform’s operation

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, trademarks, and materials are owned by MENTAL EDGE GOLF INC.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or derivative works are prohibited.

10. Affiliates & Partners

  • We work with affiliates such as golf pros and podcasts.

  • If you purchase using an affiliate code or link, we may pay that partner a commission.

  • Affiliate offers are tracked by coupon codes and/or UTMs.

11. Third-Party Services

  • Our platform uses services like Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, and analytics/advertising providers.

  • We are not responsible for third-party websites or policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is capped at the purchase price paid in the 90 days before a claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of our products or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

  • Canada: For Canadian customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

  • U.S.: For U.S. customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [insert state of incorporation or main business office if applicable].
