Refund Policy

MEG Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our mental training programs. If you give the program an honest effort and still feel it isn’t right for you, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of:

  • MEG Academy (Core Program)

  • MEG Elite (Pro Series)

To qualify, you must:

  1. Submit your request within 14 days of your purchase.

  2. Show proof that you:

    • Completed the “Start Here” module, AND

    • Completed at least 25% of the course content (tracked automatically inside the Kajabi dashboard), AND

    • Downloaded and worked through the provided Personal Success Plan workbook, AND

    • Provide a written explanation of why the program didn’t meet your expectations.

3. Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made after 14 days

  • Repeat purchases of the same product

  • Discounted upsells, one-time offers, or add-ons

  • Affiliate bonus offers or third-party bundled purchases

  • Purchases made with fraudulent, abusive, or “program-hopping” intent

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with:

    • Full name

    • Order number / receipt

    • Email address used at checkout

    • A screenshot of your Kajabi dashboard showing course completion progress

    • A copy/photo of your completed workbook pages

    • A short explanation of why you’re requesting a refund

  2. Our team will review your request within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit card/PayPal).

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

  • Any applicable taxes (GST/HST) will also be refunded as required by law.

6. Subscription or Payment Plans

  • You may cancel future subscription or installment payments at any time before the next billing date.

  • Past payments are not refundable beyond the 14-day guarantee.

7. Access After Refund

  • Once a refund is issued, your access and license to all MEG materials is revoked.

  • Any downloaded files remain protected under our copyright.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The version in effect on your purchase date applies.
